Prayer Letter October 2018

Prayer Letter October 2018 PDF version

Dear Pastors and Praying Friends,

Thank you so much for your continued prayers and support! We praise the Lord that our son, Ezra, was born on September 18th. God was so good to us through the whole process. We learned much more about how things work here and were blessed learning more of the culture here. Things are not the same here as in the United States with this whole process, but working through them was a great help with learning language.

We were also blessed to have Kathryn’s parents in town for a couple of weeks. In Bosnia, tourists are required to register with the Ministry of Foreigners. What you get as a result of the process is a white card that allows you to stay in Bosnia for 90 days. In order to get this together you have to pay the required fee at the post office, then get copies of passports and all, fill out the form for the white card, have a copy of the rental agreement for the place that you are staying, and then go to the office of foreigners and get everything accepted and stamped. Not that difficult of a process but a great way to see how progress in the language is coming. Thank you for your continued prayers for us as we learn the language and culture here

Praises from September:

  • Birth of our son, Ezra!
  • Progress in learning language.

Prayer Requests:

  • Language and Culture learning.
  • For open doors to share the Gospel with people.

Yours for Bosnia and Herzegovina

Micah and Kathryn Rastelli
